Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only me, but our other clients as well. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, and needing to make adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Please be aware of my policy regarding missed appointments.
My Policy:
Any cancellation, reschedule, or change to reserved services made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. This includes reducing or modifying any portion of your scheduled services, as this affects the reserved time that could have been offered to other clients. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the originally reserved services. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
